OurTvSpace Studio is located in a renovated millyard (Sturbridge Marketplace at the Falls) in historic Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The Studio space (5,000 square feet plus) is newly renovated but still retains the Building’s original character, including brick walls, hardwood floors and high ceilings. The Studio has an abundance of clean and bright and very large open areas, along with a gathering place for cast and crew (the “OTS Cafe”), a hair and makeup area, a Screening Room, Conference Room and Web Studio complete with green screen. The Building has a large elevator and a street level entrance with a large door.
You will find everything you need to complete your project (including but not limited to web series, concept pilots, web commercials, videos, and trailers) at very low cost, unlike larger facilities with significant overhead. If needed, OurTvSpace can also assist you with your own talent and crew needs. Our Company works with some of the finest talent in the Northeast through its vast Network, including actors, writers, graphic artists, photographers, editors, directors, production assistants, directors of photography, location scouts, caterers and more. OurTvSpace Studio also has editing and camera equipment available. If needed, the OurTvSpace team can help bring your ideas to fruition, or you can implement your own ideas at OurTvSpace Studio on your own and just make use of the facility. OurTvSpace is very flexible and eager to accommodate and serve your needs.
The entire Studio has been designed with flexibility in mind, with lightweight, easily movable furniture and furnishings to quickly configure your set and production needs. Inside the Studio, the OTS Café overlooks a scenic River, is very comfortable, and even has a Foosball Table, so you can relax between takes! You can screen footage in the Screening Room!
Also situated in the Building are shops and two restaurants for your convenience. Catering and craft services are also available. In addition, the grounds feature a gorgeous river and waterfall, wooded areas and an adjacent baseball field. OurTvSpace is also within several miles from Old Sturbridge Village and many great restaurants and hotels.
OurTvSpace is conveniently located off of the Mass Pike and is approximately a half hour from Worcester, and only one hour from Hartford, Springfield, Boston and Providence, and is within a reasonable commute to New York City.
OurTvSpace is also available for screenings, premieres, fundraisers and other events.
